Associates & Supervisors
Our team of highly trained associates is made up of youth care workers, social workers, personal support workers and development support workers with 3 plus years’ of professional experience. All employees hold a diploma/degree from a recognized post-secondary institution, a clear criminal background check, first aid, fire, and UMAB training. Our employees have flexible scheduling and lead all they do with a positive attitude and deep understanding of client needs. Our associates have expertise in supporting individuals with behavioural challenges, mental health exceptionalities, spectrum, and senior citizens.

Nurses
Our nurses and allied health staff come from various professional and culturally diverse backgrounds, which facilitates their ability to connect with clients while establishing therapeutic relationships. All of our nurses are regulated and certified with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
