GFLY develops and implements structured support programs to assist parents, foster parents, and mentors in providing safe, stable, and developmentally appropriate living environments for youth. Supports are delivered within the caregiver’s living space and are designed to strengthen caregiving capacity, promote positive behavioural supports, and enhance youth well-being.
Programs focus on trauma-informed practices, cultural responsiveness, life-skills development, and behavioural management strategies tailored to the needs of youth with complex presentations. GFLY works collaboratively with caregivers, community partners, and service professionals to ensure consistent care planning, risk management, and adherence to regulatory and best-practice standards.
